The energy consumption in the steel mill sintering process occupy about 10% of the total consumption of steel production, which nearly 60% of the heat through the cooling machine discharge into the air by below 450℃ flue gas. How to recover this part of heat effectively and reduce the sintering craft consumption has already become the emphasis of the energy conservation of the steel enterprise, and also the crying need of carrying out the country’s energy conservation middle and long term planning.

In view of this, we take example by the successful experience of low temperature multipurpose use of waste heat at home and abroad, developed the single channel、double channel boiler and single pressure、double pressure that use sintering waste heat.

Technical features
According to the characteristics of flue gas, flue gas inlet types have single channel intake and double channel intake, the waste heat utilize the interface of flue gas system and sintering cooling machine drive the bypass system;
Using recirculation fan loop back off-gas of the waste heat boiler to loop cooler, realize the smoke recycling, reduce the emission pollution of hot flue gas and sintering dust, improve the initial temperature of waster heat flue gas;
Double channel is take flue gas from different parts of the loop cooler, smoke temperature have bigger difference, layout heating surface at the high flue end to absorb a certain heat, cut down the flue gas temperature to the same with another channel smoke temperature, so as to the mixing of flue gas.
Boiler equips with deoxidization device, the deoxidization water tank and header in single pressure boilers is an integration design, save the space and cost.
The heating surface of Boiler adopts spiral fins tube structure, while using pipe box structure out the factory in a whole, and manufacture in the factory facilitate to guarantee the quality, saving setup time, low air leakage rate.
